Aventine Home Inspections LLC is a family-owned business and is fully insured. Our Lead Home Inspector Nick Tolman has over 20+ years of experience in the construction and investigative industry.
Nick Tolman is a fully licensed Home Inspector in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is also licensed as a general contractor (unrestricted CSL) and a Lead safe renovator supervisor (LSR-S). Nick is currently a member of InterNACHI, a national home inspector training institution and has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree.
The home inspection is a vital step in the home purchasing process and can be used as a powerful negotiating tool.
